Our Privacy Commitment

The free scan parses your PDF or DOCX in the browser. That file is not uploaded to GetATSReady for the scan. The page still loads third-party scripts and services listed below. Cookie storage for analytics and ads starts denied until you Accept cookies.

What this site uses

Google Analytics (GA4): page views and basic usage after consent is granted.
Google AdSense: advertising. Ad storage and personalization stay denied until you Accept cookies. For EEA/UK, also enable a Google-certified CMP in the AdSense console — Consent Mode alone is not enough.
Sentry: error and performance reporting. Session replay sample rates are set to 0.
Formspree: optional “score note” email on the scanner (address + score only, not the resume file), and paid intake form submissions (name, email, payment reference, job description, instructions, and any uploaded resume file).
Firebase Realtime Database: anonymous public counters for scans and maker downloads. Resume text is not stored there.
geojs / ipapi: approximate country lookup so checkout can show INR or USD pricing. This is a network request from your browser.
Fonts and CDNs: Google Fonts, plus libraries such as pdf.js, mammoth, jsPDF, and Sentry/Firebase scripts loaded from public CDNs.
Payments: Razorpay and/or Gumroad (and PayPal if shown at checkout). Card and wallet details are handled by those processors, not by GetATSReady servers.
localStorage: cookie consent flag, recent scan history on this device, and resume-maker draft fields. Clearing site data removes them.

Data retention

Free-scan resume files stay in the browser and are not uploaded for that scan. Paid intake materials are kept only as long as needed to deliver the review, handle revisions, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting needs, then removed from working systems.
