GetATSReady provides a free, browser-based tool to analyze resumes against job descriptions and provide optimization recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and algorithms, is owned by GetATSReady and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: GetATSReady provides suggestions and analysis, but we do not guarantee:

• That following our recommendations will result in job offers
• 100% accuracy in keyword matching or scoring
• That your resume will pass all ATS systems (there are many types)
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetATSReady and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the analysis

7. Privacy and Data Processing

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your resume locally in your browser and do not store your personal data on our servers.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party tools and services:

• Google AdSense: For displaying advertisements
• Google Analytics: For understanding usage patterns
• CDN Libraries: For PDF parsing and document processing

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support free access. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Ads may be displayed on the site
